Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Associate to join our team of heroes at careerzynith. As a Customer Experience Associate, you will play a critical role in developing, delivering, and evaluating programs that ensure a positive donor experience in support of our Customer Experience initiatives. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Experience Associate, you will be responsible for:


Providing onsite donor engagement at specific careerzynith mobile blood drives to create a positive and memorable experience for our donors.
Exhibiting an enthusiastic and professional demeanor when interacting with our donors, chairpersons, and careerzynith employees.
Receiving and processing communications from internal and external customers, and addressing, resolving, or routing customer concerns to the appropriate teams.
Providing ongoing Customer Experience feedback to careerzynith Management, and advocating for our Service Program to be exhibited by our team members during mobile blood drives.
Determining and implementing "Best Practices" for customer engagement and retention, and looking for opportunities to increase donor engagement and provide positive engagement opportunities.
Representing the voice of the donor and providing input into every core Customer Experience initiative and process.
Completing administrative tasks correctly and on time, and helping as needed with reports, events, and required paperwork.
Understanding, monitoring, and ensuring effective execution of all careerzynith policies and procedures to support organizational goals and values.


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:


An Associate's Degree (Bachelor's desirable) from an accredited college or university, plus a minimum of three years of customer service experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Two years of customer service experience in a client-facing opportunity is preferred.
Proficiency in computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced experience in Excel preferred.
Bilingual English/Spanish is highly preferred.
The ability to type 50 wpm, with good attention to detail and accuracy.
Good interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize own work.
Healthcare experience is highly desirable.
A valid Texas Driver's License (TDL) plus an acceptable driving record.
