**What will you be doing?**
As an careerzynith Customer Experience Advocate, you'll be responsible for:
* **Providing Exceptional Customer Experience**: Delivering personalized, empathetic, and proactive support to homebuyers throughout their journey.
* **Interacting with Customers**: Engaging with customers on the phone, via email, or in person to address their concerns, provide updates, and ensure a smooth transaction process.
* **Identifying Training Content**: Analyzing customer reviews and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement, informing training content and initiatives.
* **Training and Mentoring Peers**: Sharing your expertise and knowledge with colleagues to maintain high standards of customer experience.
* **Follow-up and Resolution**: Following up with customers who have experienced issues, ensuring that their concerns are addressed and their needs are met.
* **Trend Analysis**: Conducting analysis on customer feedback and survey data to identify areas for improvement and inform business decisions.
* **Minimal Travel**: Occasional travel to our markets in Kentucky and Ohio to engage with customers, attend training sessions, and participate in company events.
* **Other Duties**: Performing other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.
