Job Summary arenaflex is seeking an experienced Customer Engagement Marketing Specialist to join our team on a part-time remote basis. As a Customer Engagement Marketing Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the execution of our customer engagement marketing initiatives, promoting information consistency and advertising/publicizing innovation services for the organization. Responsibilities Support the execution of the arenaflex Parks, Experiences, and Products (PEP) legal and security review lines. Support the CE Marketing Consistency Legal, Protection Lawful, Information Administration workflow process. Aid new and renewal contract reviews - MSA, NDA, business, marketing, legal, protection, pricing, pixels, data use, and security terms for arenaflex objections, shopDisney, and Disney Publishing. Examine and oversee external data sharing: crowd dividing among arenaflex specialty units, organization, and outside merchants. Collaborate with key colleagues to review and manage the Client Commitment unified legal and security line, alongside reporting new checking processes. Oversee project-specific direction and prescribed strategy to ensure consistency status with existing, recently authorized, and emerging security guidelines and regulations like GDPR, CCPA, COPPA, ITP, and future developments. Requirements To be considered for this part-time remote opportunity, you must meet the following requirements: Fundamental Capabilities Ability to assist partners and projects on an as-needed basis using customer-service skills. Excellent communication skills, including process streams and documentation. Ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines with minimal oversight. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to comply with tight time constraints. Required Training To be eligible for this part-time remote opportunity, you must be a senior late graduate (within six months of your graduation date) pursuing a Four-year degree in Marketing, Communications Studies, Political Theory, Pre-Law, or a related field. Additional Requirements Must be enrolled in a certified school/college taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (spring/fall) preceding support in the part-time remote program OR have graduated from a school/college in at least six months OR currently participating in a Disney School Program or Disney Professional Entry-level position. Must not have completed one year of continuous work on a Disney part-time remote job or program. Must have unrestricted work authorization. Must have a reliable, dependable schedule for work throughout the program. Must have reliable transportation to/from work.
