**Key Responsibilities:**
* Design and develop engaging learning experiences, including online courses, workshops, and webinars, that meet the needs of our diverse customer base
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and marketing, to ensure alignment and consistency in our education offerings
* Conduct needs assessments and gather feedback from customers to inform the development of new education programs and content
* Develop and maintain relationships with subject matter experts and thought leaders to ensure the accuracy and relevance of our education content
* Create and manage educational content, including course materials, presentations, and assessments, using a variety of tools and platforms
* Deliver high-quality education programs and workshops, both in-person and virtually, to meet the needs of our customers
* Analyze data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of our education programs and identify areas for improvement
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer education and apply this knowledge to inform our education strategy
**Essential Qualifications:**
* Bachelor's degree in Education, Communications, or a related field
* 2+ years of experience in customer education, training, or a related field
* Proven track record of designing and delivering engaging learning experiences that drive customer adoption and satisfaction
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform education program development
* Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and other education technology platforms
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects and deadlines
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Master's degree in Education, Communications, or a related field
* Experience with adult learning theory and instructional design principles
* Familiarity with careerzynith's products and services
* Certification in a related field, such as Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP) or Certified Instructional Designer (CID)
* Experience with project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum
