As a key member of our Software Enterprise Deployment and Integration team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer education and training experiences to our agency customers and end-users. If you have a passion for teaching, a strong background in public safety products, and excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities:** * Teach and instruct agency customers/end users and staff on the use and operating methods of complex software products and services * Conduct on-site training for arenaflex software and designated third-party software * Present training using a variety of classroom training methods, including lectures, flip charts, online projection, etc. * Complete department-required reports within set standards * Manage communication with customer contact(s) related to the training schedule * Coordinate customer (agency) information between trainers * Operate under supervision from the Customer Education Lead, relying on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job **Travel Requirements:** This role requires extensive travel to customer site locations in the US, with over 75% of your time spent on the road.
