Careerzynith is seeking highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to participate in national and local paid focus groups, clinical trials, and phone interviews. As a customer care support team member, you will have the opportunity to engage with various topics, share your opinions, and earn additional income from the comfort of your home. Responsibilities
Participate in national and local paid focus groups, clinical trials, and phone interviews on various topics, including child-related issues, cell phones, entertainment, food, sports, electronics, pets, and automobiles.
Attend discussions online or in-person, depending on the study requirements.
Complete written and oral instructions, as well as written surveys provided for each panel.
MUST actually use products and/or services, if provided, and be ready to discuss them prior to the meeting date.
Participate in discussions by sharing your opinions and experiences, and provide honest feedback on products and services.
Qualifications
Must have either a smartphone with a working camera or a webcam on a desktop/laptop.
Must have access to a reliable internet connection.
Desire to fully participate in one or several of the above topics.
Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions.
No experience required, but must be able to work independently.
