This might involve looking up product information, checking on order status, or simply providing general guidance and support. **What is Required (Qualifications)** To be successful in this role, you'll need to have: * **6 Months or More of Customer Service Experience**: We're looking for someone with a proven track record of providing excellent customer service. If you have experience working in a customer-facing role, we want to hear from you! * **Residency in a Supported State**: We're currently hiring for remote Customer Care Specialists in Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Michigan, North Carolina, or Tennessee.
