**Job Summary**

As an Experienced Customer Care Representative, you'll play a critical role in supporting the operations of Delta Airlines. You'll be part of a high-performing team that's dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your primary responsibilities will include:

* Providing top-notch customer service to Delta Airlines customers
* Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
* Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution

* Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer service

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide exceptional customer service to Delta Airlines customers via phone, email, and chat
* Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner

**Essential Qualifications**

* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience working in the airline industry or a related field
* Knowledge of Delta Airlines operations and policies
* Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
* Experience with data analysis and reporting
* Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative)
