Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment, is also required. You will need to have excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused mindset. The ability to work independently and manage time effectively is also essential, as well as proficiency in using computers and various software applications. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is also required.
