* Document all customer interactions accurately in the internal system, maintaining attention to detail and adhering to company standards.
* Collaborate with team members to enhance customer service effectiveness, sharing knowledge and best practices to improve service delivery.
* Participate in ongoing training and team meetings to improve service delivery, staying up-to-date with careerzynith's services and policies.

**Requirements:**

* High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
* Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, ideally in a call center environment.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other computer software.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
* Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and customer needs.
* Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
