**Responsibilities**

As a Remote WFM Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for:

* Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
* Providing accurate and timely information to customers, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining accurate records
* Collaborating with other departments to resolve complex issues and ensure customer satisfaction
* Staying up-to-date with company policies and services to provide the best possible experience for our customers
* Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records
* Following up with customers to ensure their needs are met
* Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and stay up-to-date with industry trends

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* A high school diploma or equivalent
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficiency in using computers and customer service software
* Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not mandatory
* Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Additional certifications in customer service or related fields are a plus
* Experience working in a remote environment is an advantage
