About the Role: 2nd Shift/Weekend Customer Care Agent
We're looking for highly motivated, independent, and flexible individuals who are passionate about providing top-notch customer service. As a Customer Care Agent at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers via phone, live chat, and email to resolve their queries and create lifelong fans. Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional customer service to arenaflex customers via phone, live chat, and email, ensuring timely and effective resolution of their queries and concerns
Work independently to solve unique problems, leveraging your creativity and resourcefulness to deliver innovative solutions
Collaborate with the customer care team to share knowledge, best practices, and ideas for improving customer experiences and driving business growth
Utilize your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders
Stay up-to-date with arenaflex products, services, and policies to provide accurate and informative support to customers
Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, ensuring you remain at the forefront of customer care excellence


Schedule and Work Arrangements:
This remote 4-day weekend shift role offers flexibility and work-life balance, with each shift lasting 10 hours (for a 40-hour work week). The available shifts are:

Saturday: 12:30pm-11pm Eastern time
Sunday: 9am-7:30pm Eastern time
Monday: 10 Hour Shift between 9:30am-8pm Eastern time
Tuesday: 10 Hour Shift between 9:30am-8pm Eastern time

You will need to provide a secure, quiet, and dedicated workspace with a strong internet connection, while arenaflex will supply all necessary equipment.

Essential Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and experience
Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software applications
Reliable internet connection, dedicated workspace, and necessary equipment to perform job duties


Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong focus on customer experience and satisfaction
Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and other customer service tools
Bi-lingual or multi-lingual skills, with ability to communicate effectively with diverse customer base
Previous experience working in a remote or home-based environment, with ability to self-motivate and manage time effectively

Starting salary: $16.00/hour, with a $1/hour increase after 60-day provisional period
