**Experienced Customer Care Representative – Remote 4-Day Shift – Weekend Hours**

You'll be part of a dynamic team that's passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, and you'll have the opportunity to grow and develop your skills in a fast-paced, innovative environment. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer service over the phone, on live chat, and through email, resolving customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner * Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a friendly, empathetic, and solution-focused manner * Use problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues and escalate issues to supervisors as needed * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction * Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers * Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards * Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge **Schedule and Availability** * Work a 4-day schedule, with each shift being 10 hours long (40 hours per week) * Available shifts: + Saturday: 12:30pm-11pm Eastern time + Sunday: 9am-7:30pm Eastern time + Monday: 10-hour shift between 9:30am-8pm Eastern time + Tuesday: 10-hour shift between 9:30am-8pm Eastern time * Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed **Compensation and Benefits** * Competitive hourly rate: $17.00/hour, with a $1/hour increase after 60-day provisional period * 2 weeks paid time off per year * Paid holidays * Health, dental, vision, and life insurance * Retirement plan with employer match * Hybrid and remote work opportunities for qualified candidates **Requirements** * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred * 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment * Excellent communication and problem-solving skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong product knowledge and ability to learn quickly * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software * Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace required **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Knowledge of the lighting industry or related products * Bilingual or multilingual skills * Experience with customer service software and technology * Certification in customer service or a related field **What We Offer** * A dynamic and innovative work environment that's passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences * Opportunities for growth and development in a fast-paced, rapidly growing company * A competitive hourly rate and comprehensive benefits package * Hybrid and remote work opportunities for qualified candidates * A fun and supportive team environment that's committed to excellence **How to Apply** If you're a motivated, team-oriented individual with a passion for delivering top-notch customer service, we want to hear from you.
