Experienced Customer Care Representative – Remote 2nd Shift Phone and Chat Support

As a remote 2nd shift customer care representative, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with customers to resolve their queries, address their concerns, and exceed their expectations.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, live chat, and email in a timely and professional manner
* Provide accurate and helpful information to customers, resolving their issues and concerns to their satisfaction
* Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues and escalate when necessary
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
* Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, company policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers
* Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time
* Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

**Essential Qualifications:**

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Strong technical skills, including proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
* Availability to work 2nd shift (3pm-11pm EST) and/or weekend shifts (9am-5pm EST)

**Preferred Qualifications:**

* Experience in a similar role, such as customer service representative or technical support specialist
* Knowledge of the lighting industry or related products
* Bilingual or multilingual skills
* Experience with sales or upselling/cross-selling techniques
* Certification in customer service or a related field

**Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:**

* Competitive hourly rate: $16.00/hour, with a $1/hour increase after 60-day provisional period
