**Job Summary**

As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for answering phone calls, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You will work closely with our policy holders, agents, and funeral homes to provide exceptional customer service and ensure their needs are met. **Key Responsibilities**

* Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Provide exceptional customer service to policy holders, agents, and funeral homes
* Resolve customer issues and concerns in a fair and efficient manner
* Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met
* Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
* Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills
* Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets

**Essential Qualifications**

* High School diploma or equivalent
* Basic computer operation skills
* Ability to type 35 wpm
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
* Ability to pay close attention to detail
* Ability to quickly learn new processes and procedures
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Prior experience working in the insurance industry
* Bilingual or multilingual skills (English and Spanish)
* Experience working with customer relationship management (CRM) software
* Knowledge of insurance products and services
* Certification in customer service or a related field
