**Experienced Customer Care Representative I – Healthcare and Pharmacy Support**

Our values and behaviors are the root of our culture, driving our shared success and personal and professional growth for our associates. **Job Summary** As a Customer Care Representative I, you will act as a trusted advisor and educator, responding to internal and external customer inquiries regarding insurance benefits, provider contracts, eligibility, and claims. You will analyze problems, provide information and solutions, and thoroughly document inquiry outcomes for accurate tracking and analysis. You will also develop and maintain positive customer relations, coordinating with various functions within the company to ensure customer requests and questions are handled appropriately and in a timely manner. **Responsibilities** * Respond to internal and external customer questions via telephone and written correspondence regarding insurance benefits, provider contracts, eligibility, and claims. * Analyze problems and provide information and solutions. * Operate a PC/image station to obtain and extract information; document information, activities, and changes in the database. * Thoroughly document inquiry outcomes for accurate tracking and analysis. * Develop and maintain positive customer relations and coordinate with various functions within the company to ensure customer requests and questions are handled appropriately and in a timely manner. * Research and analyze data to address operational challenges and customer service issues. * Provide external and internal customers with requested information. * Under immediate supervision, receive and place follow-up telephone calls and fax to answer customer questions that are routine in nature. * Use computerized systems for tracking, information gathering, and troubleshooting. * Conduct outbound calls in the ZipDrug business area. **Requirements** * High school diploma or equivalent and previous experience in an automated customer service environment; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background. * Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills. * Problem-solving skills, facilitation skills, and analytical skills. * Healthcare experience, pharmacy experience, or call center experience is preferred. **Preferred Skills and Competencies** * Strong knowledge of healthcare and pharmacy concepts. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong customer service skills and ability to provide exceptional support to customers and members. **Work Environment and Culture** * This is a hybrid position, and onsite training will be required for the first 10 weeks. * We are hiring for specific office locations: Norfolk VA, Las Vegas NV, St. Louis MO, Mason OH, Winston-Salem NC, and Atlanta GA. * Hours: Monday - Friday (off Saturday and Sunday) and there are schedules available that include a weekend day, if preferred. * Must be available to work an 8.5 hour shift within the listed hours in your specified time zone below: + 4:50am-8pm Pacific Time + 6:50am-10pm Central Time + 7:50am-11pm Eastern Time **Compensation and Benefits** * The salary range for this specific position is $18.50 to $20.50. * In addition to your salary, arenaflex offers a comprehensive benefits package, including: + Merit increases + Paid holidays + Paid Time Off + Incentive bonus programs + Medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability benefits + 401(k) + match + Stock purchase plan + Life insurance + Wellness programs and financial education resources **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** * arenaflex is committed to providing opportunities for personal and professional growth for our associates. * We offer a range of training and development programs to help you advance your career. * Our culture is designed to advance our strategy and drive our shared success. **How to Apply** If you are passionate about making an impact on our members and the communities we serve, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
