As a key member of our customer department, you'll be responsible for investigating claims, evaluating inspection reports, and coordinating repairs with mechanics. If you're a strong communicator with excellent analytical skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, we encourage you to apply! **Key Responsibilities** * Investigate the nature of the incident being claimed, including reviewing inspection reports, photos, and previous service invoices * Enter data detailing the events and damage related to the incident, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail * Review the claim-holder's warranty to determine what should be covered, applying arenaflex's policies and procedures * Coordinate the services of mechanics to ensure the item is repaired, communicating effectively with customers and internal stakeholders * Negotiate claim settlements with claimants, resolving disputes and finding mutually beneficial solutions * Meet performance metrics, including resolving claims efficiently and effectively **Essential Qualifications** * 1+ years prior experience in a similar role or call center experience, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences * Superior communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner * Analytical thinking skills, with the ability to evaluate data and make informed decisions * A strong attention to detail, with the ability to review and analyze complex information * Ability to handle conflict and difficult customer situations, remaining calm and professional under pressure * Sound computer skills, with the ability to quickly learn new software and systems * A strong work ethic and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines * Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and/or electrical systems, with a willingness to learn and develop your skills **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a home warranty or insurance industry, with a strong understanding of policies and procedures * Certification in customer service or a related field, with a demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences * Experience working in a remote or WFM environment, with a strong ability to work independently and manage your time effectively **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate complex information and make informed decisions * Ability to work independently, with a strong sense of self-motivation and discipline * Strong attention to detail, with the ability to review and analyze complex information * Ability to handle conflict and difficult customer situations, remaining calm and professional under pressure * Strong computer skills, with the ability to quickly learn new software and systems * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
