Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: A high school diploma or equivalent (must be 18 years of age or older). 6+ months of professional experience working with computer and web-based tools. 1+ year of relevant phone or email customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare environment. Excellent communication skills (spoken and written), with the ability to articulate complex information clearly. Experience working under pressure in a fast-paced environment, consistently meeting productivity and quality standards.
