Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:

High School Diploma / GED required
College degree or Junior College degree with a healthcare focus preferred
1 year of relevant customer care experience
Intermediate to Advanced PC knowledge
Ability to navigate multiple screens and systems
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Flexibility to work specified shift and extended hours as necessary
