**Job Summary**

As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for researching and responding to written inquiries in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner. You will work closely with our team to ensure that all data is accurately entered and maintained, and that our clients receive exceptional service. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.

**Responsibilities**

- Research and respond to written inquiries in a prompt, accurate, and objective manner
- Enter data accurately and efficiently using Microsoft Office
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Analyze data and make informed decisions
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Meet productivity and quality standards
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development

**Key Requirements**

- Bachelor's degree or 3 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing in a healthcare or health insurance environment
- Experience in provider outreach, making decisions, and responding quickly to questions
- Data entry and/or typing experience
- Interpersonal, analytical, organizational, and independent decision-making skills
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Detail-oriented

**Preferred Requirements**

- Bachelor's degree
- 5 years of experience in provider network contracting, credentialing, or servicing
- 6 months of data entry experience in an office environment
- Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy
