**Key Responsibilities**

As a Customer Care Professional in our Virtual Client Support team, you'll be responsible for:

* Providing exceptional client care through inbound calls, emails, and chats, ensuring that clients receive tailored solutions to their needs
* Building strong relationships with clients, understanding their requirements, and suggesting relevant careerzynith products and services
* Enhancing key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding client needs, handling complaints, and closing deals
* Maintaining accurate records and adhering to established procedures and protocols
* Demonstrating a strong commitment to integrity, compliance, and regulatory requirements

**Essential Qualifications**

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* At least two years of experience in client support, preferably in a private sector environment
* Proven track record of delivering exceptional client care and driving sales growth in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
* Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
* High school diploma or equivalent required; training benefits available

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience working in a virtual or remote environment
