* Delivering in-depth product and service knowledge to effectively communicate features, benefits, and other elements of careerzynith services
* Continuously developing key selling skills, including building rapport, understanding client needs, resolving complaints, and closing deals
* Providing exceptional client care by answering questions about accounts in a fast-paced, organized environment
* Documenting essential account information according to established policies and procedures
* Maintaining integrity and complying with all Administrative and Compliance rules related to servicing and sales practices
**Requirements:**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* 2+ years of client care experience, with a passion for building client loyalty through excellent listening, consultative relationship building, and strong written and verbal communication
* 2+ years of demonstrated success in a client support and sales environment
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, measurement-driven environment with the capability to multitask and navigate an online environment
* Bachelor's degree
