**Key Responsibilities**

* Addressing general and record-specific client requests, providing clear and concise information, and updating client account data as needed

* Meeting and exceeding performance objectives, including but not limited to, customer satisfaction ratings, sales rates, quality targets, compliance guidelines, and efficiency metrics
**Essential Qualifications**

* At least two years of experience in a customer support and consultative sales environment, with a proven track record of building client loyalty through exceptional listening, consultative relationship building, creativity, and strong written and verbal communication skills
