**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Care Professional, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, chat, and social media
* Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
* Educating customers on our products and services, including current promotions and offers
* Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless customer experiences
* Maintaining accurate records and data entry
* Participating in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
**Essential Qualifications**
