* Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences, to ensure that arenaflex remains competitive and innovative
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
* Maintain a thorough knowledge of arenaflex products, including their features, benefits, and applications

**Essential Qualifications:**
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, marketing, or communications) preferred
* 1-2 years of experience in a retail or customer-facing role, with a focus on customer service and sales
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
* Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds, stand for long periods, and move around the store as needed
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience working in a retail or customer-facing role, with a focus on customer service and sales
* Knowledge of arenaflex products and services, or a willingness to learn and develop this knowledge
* Experience with visual merchandising and store displays, including setting up and maintaining displays
* Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
