**Job Responsibilities**
As a Customer Care Manager at careerzynith, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer care professionals to deliver exceptional customer experiences. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Leading, mentoring, and motivating the team to achieve sales targets and identify opportunities for growth
* Encouraging a culture that prioritizes delivering a top-tier customer experience, aligned with careerzynith's mission
* Developing a positive team culture by addressing individual and team concerns, promoting employee well-being, and fostering a sense of community
* Implementing adherence to careerzynith's policies and procedures among team members
* Recognizing and supporting high-potential talent and providing regular feedback to improve individual and team performance
* Maintaining office and display area standards, ensuring team members comply with careerzynith's dress code and training requirements
* Practicing cost-awareness to control store costs and identifying opportunities to reduce expenses
**What You'll Bring**
To succeed in this role, you will need to bring the following skills and qualifications:
* Four-year degree or 5+ years of relevant professional experience in a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
* Self-motivated entrepreneur with exceptional leadership and training abilities
* Dedicated and moral approach to sales and customer interactions
* Ability to develop collaborative relationships as a trusted partner
* Excellent time management and organizational skills, with strong written and verbal communication abilities
* Ability to work nights and weekends in a retail environment
* Valid driver's license required
