As a Customer Care Manager II at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction while promoting revenue growth and retention. You'll serve as a single point of contact for a group of assigned customer accounts, managing interactions from order entry to billing. Your expertise will be the conduit for exception problem management, and you'll be the escalation point for customer troubles and issues. **The Role** As a Customer Care Manager II, you'll be responsible for: * Acting as a single point of contact for intermediate level implementation lifecycle management on a group of assigned customer accounts. * Partnering closely with sales and service delivery ecosystems to understand and implement sold solutions. * Providing critical date management and escalation support to meet committed delivery objectives. * Validating order details for sold services. * Following established protocol for submitting orders to Order entry and provisioning. * Providing timely responses to customer and service delivery inquiries. * Proactively managing the customer's service needs to ensure the highest levels of customer satisfaction and meet their expectations. **What We Look For in a Candidate** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * A Bachelor's Degree or minimum, 1-2 years of related experience. * Excellent customer service, problem-solving, and analytical skills. * Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. * Collaboration skills and the ability to work as part of a team. * A self-starter mentality with the ability to multi-task. * Experience using computer systems and Windows-based applications, including word processors and spreadsheets. **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, we prefer candidates with: * An understanding of technical products and services. * Basic project management skills. * Knowledge of the order process and technical side of the provisioning process. * 1-3 years of experience in the telecommunications or technology industry. **What to Expect Next** If your application is selected, you may be invited to complete a video interview, which will include a set of questions for you to record a response to, as well as game challenges. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
