As a Customer Care Associate, you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support throughout the package delivery lifecycle. **Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Care Associate, your daily tasks will include:
* Handling customer calls, emails, and chats to resolve issues and provide support
* Documenting delivery flow into our tracking system
* Assisting customers, consumers, and delivery drivers throughout the package delivery lifecycle
* Partnering with regional facilities to create an outstanding customer experience
* Troubleshooting, researching, resolving, or escalating issues as necessary
* Participating in continuous improvement efforts to help grow the business

* Reliable internet connection and a Windows PC with 8GB RAM
* Successful completion of a pre-employment background and equipment check
