**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Care Associate with careerzynith, your daily responsibilities will include:
* Providing exceptional customer service through phone calls, emails, and chats
* Resolving issues related to package delivery, including tracking, status updates, and delivery exceptions
* Documenting delivery flow into our tracking system
* Assisting customers, consumers, and delivery drivers throughout the lifecycle of a package delivery
* Partnering with our regional facilities to create an outstanding customer experience
* Troubleshooting, researching, resolving, or escalating issues as necessary
* Participating in continuous improvement efforts to help grow the business

* A reliable internet connection and a reliable Windows PC with 8GB RAM
