**Job Summary**

We are seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our Customer Care Team as part-time Customer Care Associates. As a Customer Care Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless delivery experience for our customers. This is a remote part-time opportunity, with flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs.

**Key Responsibilities**

As a Customer Care Associate, your daily responsibilities will include:

* Providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat
* Resolving customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Documenting delivery information and updates in our tracking system
* Collaborating with regional facilities to ensure a smooth delivery experience
* Troubleshooting and resolving issues with packages, including research and escalation as necessary
* Participating in continuous improvement efforts to drive business growth and excellence

**Requirements**

* Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
* Reliable internet connection and a Windows PC with 8GB RAM
* Successful completion of a pre-employment background and equipment check

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Previous experience in customer service or a related field
* Familiarity with logistics and delivery operations
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
