Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced and customer-focused Customer Assistance Coordinator to join our team in Washington State. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be the frontline representative for arenaflex, ensuring that our customers receive timely and efficient support. Responsibilities

As a Customer Assistance Coordinator at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:


Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and efficient manner
Providing detailed information about arenaflex products and services to meet customer needs
Resolving customer issues promptly and effectively, escalating complex issues to senior team members when necessary
Coordinating with other departments to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved
Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, including issue resolution and customer feedback
Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance customer support skills and knowledge


Requirements

To succeed as a Customer Assistance Coordinator at arenaflex, you'll need:


Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
Strong problem-solving abilities, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
Basic computer proficiency, with experience using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools
Prior experience in customer service is a plus, but not mandatory – we're looking for individuals with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
