**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Care Advisor at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:
* Handling inbound and outbound calls to provide exceptional customer service and support
* Scheduling appointments with clients who have requested our benefits and conducting virtual presentations via Zoom to explain insurance products and benefits
* Assisting new and existing clients with policy selection and additional coverage, including completing applications and ensuring underwriting requirements are met
* Tracking and reporting daily activity and sales metrics to help drive business growth
* Participating in optional training sessions to enhance skills and product knowledge, ensuring you stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and developments
