Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED: A high school diploma or GED is required. Previous Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred. Excellent Communication Skills: Superb written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to respond appropriately under pressure. Problem-Solving Skills: Sound judgment and excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field may be advantageous.
