**Key Responsibilities**
As a Content Moderator, you'll be responsible for:
* Utilizing a computer to sell, print, and reissue tickets
* Managing the registration process, ensuring that customers have the necessary documentation for travel
* Labeling luggage and performing lifting tasks that involve moving items from scales to transportation lines
* Practicing security-conscious behaviors in every functional cycle and process
* Assisting customers with seat availability, gate declarations, flight status, checking and handling luggage, making arrangements, and starting the boarding process
* Working stream-lined ways to get passengers ready before airplane arrival and lifting, opening, closing, and operating airplane doors

* Ability to work a fixed or rotating schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
* Fluency in English, both spoken and written
* Fluency in Spanish, both spoken and written (desirable)
