**Job Description**
As a Consultant Streaming Support, you'll be responsible for assisting customers with technical issues, account inquiries, and troubleshooting related to streaming services. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-first approach, and a keen ability to resolve technical problems efficiently. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction and ensure a seamless streaming experience.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Assist customers with technical issues, account inquiries, and troubleshooting related to streaming services
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction and ensure a seamless streaming experience
* Utilize strong problem-diagnosis and problem-solving skills to resolve technical issues efficiently
* Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a customer-first approach
* Work effectively in a remote environment, using multiple applications simultaneously
* Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives

**Qualifications:**
* Experience working in a customer service or contact center environment with a passion for providing an exceptional guest experience
* Experience with streaming, including basic troubleshooting skills, and demonstrated understanding of streaming services on phones, smart TVs, etc.
* Basic PC keyboarding skills; Microsoft Office experience (Outlook, Word, Excel)
* Technical support experience
* Strong problem-diagnosis and problem-solving skills
* Multi-tasking skills, with the ability to use several applications simultaneously
* Experience working with CRM applications (preferred)
**Requirements for Remote Work:**
* Excellent Internet connectivity
* Internet access speeds of 2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download – the faster the better!
* Wireless and/or satellite Internet Service Providers are not compatible with our systems
