**Experienced Client Partner (Customer Success) – Pharmacy Business Development and Growth**

We're seeking an experienced Client Partner to join our team, supporting new and current pharmacy partners as the lead point of contact, post-launch. As we expand nationwide, you'll play a crucial role in increasing client engagement with arenaflex features and creating new sales opportunities by aligning pharmacy goals with revenue-focused growth. **Your Mission:** As a Client Partner at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: * Effectively training and managing a book of business of arenaflex pharmacy partners, providing proactive solutions to using arenaflex and recommending services/features to improve pharmacy revenue and performance * Acting as a technical advisor to clients, helping them understand how arenaflex's solutions integrate with their systems * Analyzing client data to identify optimization opportunities and presenting findings in a technical yet client-friendly way * Actively impacting pharmacy partner success by understanding pharmacists' workflows, recurring issues, and product performance * Utilizing performance and revenue reports to share potential adoption and growth opportunities with key decision-makers * Developing durable relationships with owner(s) and staff of partner pharmacies to provide front-line support * Serving as the technical escalation point for key clients when complex issues arise * Guiding clients on API usage, best practices, and troubleshooting common integration issues * Post-launch, liaising between the engineering team and clients to translate technical requirements * Working closely with the product and engineering teams to stay updated on new features * Using tools like dashboards, SQL to pull key metrics for customer success **What You Bring:** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * 4+ years of experience in account management, partner/customer success, account retention, upgrading/upselling accounts, client support, sales * Proactive and confident partner guidance through new arenaflex processes * Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Pharmacy experience highly preferred, but not required * Bachelor's degree **What's in it for you:** * Collaborate with compassionate and driven colleagues in a fun environment where success is celebrated * Accelerate your career growth in a fast-growing company * Direct access to executives and a transparent company culture * Rare opportunity to change an industry and lives of millions * Medical / Dental / Vision / 401K package that fits your needs * Generous Vacation Policy - 15 days of paid vacation in the first year, then increases to 20 days after one year * 11 Paid Holidays * Work out of our HQ in beautiful downtown Redwood City * Base salary plus commission **Additional Information:** At arenaflex, we're dedicated to putting patients first and improving pharmacies across America.
