**Experienced Client General Manager – Media and Entertainment Industry**

With a rich history of delivering exceptional service and expertise, we're committed to helping our clients navigate the complexities of global travel, while exceeding their expectations. **Job Summary** As an Experienced Client General Manager, you'll be responsible for leading the development and implementation of strategic account plans, identifying innovative solutions, and driving client satisfaction for our Entertainment Clients. You'll work closely with a high-performing team to ensure seamless delivery of client initiatives, while exceeding expectations and growing our most important clients. **Responsibilities** • Develop in-depth understanding of client's strategic objectives, key drivers of success, organizational culture, and business objectives • Provide guidance to customers in the assessment of goals and strategies to optimize performance across their program • Identify unique travel needs that exist for news, sports, film or TV production, and develop innovative solutions to enhance productivity & improve traveler/caller experience during service fulfillment • Establish partnerships with key business constituents (Global Business Consulting, Client Services, Service Delivery, Implementations, Meetings & Events and GCG Directors) • Build a web of influence at key levels within the account and among affiliate studios working with our clients on specific productions • Understand and support the dynamic needs of entertainment travel, trends, and evolving requirements • Complete strategic account plans, focused on identifying ground-breaking business opportunities that enhance and optimize the customer experience • Create customer value, exceed customer expectations, strengthen client relationships, drive savings, increase retention, and optimize performance through process and data analysis • Lead the improvement of the arenaflex Global Business Travel value proposition through consultation, technology road mapping, and optimizing online servicing solutions • Lead business planning, quarterly and annual reviews, regional pricing strategies, and ongoing P&L management for the account • Research the marketplace and competitor products and services to highlight the value that distinguishes arenaflex products, and specifically uses MI, benchmarking, and technology as critical value drivers • Enhance the arenaflex Global Business Travel value proposition through policy consultation, researching white paper needs, technology road mapping, and optimizing online solutions • Represent arenaflex to Media and Entertainment prospects as a subject matter expert **Qualifications** • Passion and excitement for the unique needs of entertainment clients • Proven success and demonstrable positive results in a global account/client management, and/or Project Management experience • Experience/knowledge of Media and Entertainment Travel • Proven success in upselling products, services, and solutions increasing client revenue and profitability • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement growth strategies, build action plans, and set goals • Demonstrated ability to develop creative solutions addressing the outstanding needs of entertainment travel • Proven innovative problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills required, in addition to prioritization, and planning skills • Strong negotiation skills, including the ability to handle objections and achieve mutually beneficial solutions • Demonstrated ability to proactively build and maintain a comprehensive network, both internally and externally, to successfully navigate through client organizations • A sophisticated range of communication and presentation skills • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn, understand, and articulate key product and value proposition knowledge in a variety of contexts • Strong financial acumen required to leverage the key drivers of profitability • Strong business acumen required to communicate the arenaflex Global Business Travel value proposition • Strong analytical mindset • Previous large market/multinational client/global experience preferred • Possess a strong understanding of the Global Business Travel marketplace • Travel Operations knowledge required • Demonstrated knowledge of Business Travel Service Delivery and Client Management • Solid understanding of Business Travel Service Delivery technology/tools and processes • Advanced software skills (MS Office) required • A love of travel, entertainment, and learning • A reputation for trust, integrity, and getting things done **What We Offer** • Competitive salary and bonus structure • Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage • Generous paid time off and holidays • Opportunities for professional growth and development • Collaborative and dynamic work environment • Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance • Access to cutting-edge technology and tools • Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and experienced Client General Manager looking to take your career to the next level, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
