We're proud to be a part of the healthcare industry, and we're committed to making a positive impact on the lives of those we serve. **Job Description** As a Client Customer Service Support Representative, you'll be an integral part of our Contact Center team, working with physician offices, hospital laboratories, patients, and internal customers to ensure that all client needs are addressed accurately and efficiently. You'll provide product education, handle a wide variety of questions, and ensure a world-class customer experience. If you're passionate about customer service and motivated to work with a customer-centric team in an innovative company, then this is the perfect opportunity for you. **Responsibilities** * Follow approved SOPs to update and provide necessary information to resolve denied claims * Continuously evaluate current policies and SOPs and provide recommendations for process improvements * Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner * Read and understand explanation of benefits or correspondence * Document all activity made to a claim * Communicate via telephone with physicians, insurance companies, and patients * Utilize tools to verify eligibility, claim status, and/or to obtain better billing information **Requirements** * High School Diploma or equivalent * REMOTE WORK: + Dedicated work-from-home space + Ability to manage time and tasks independently while maintaining productivity + Previous medical and/or call center experience a plus **Technical Requirements** * Internet download speed of at least 50 megabytes per second * No satellite internet * Ability to connect equipment to router/modem with Ethernet cord.
