As an arenaflex Chat Support Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional support and resolving issues promptly. **Key Responsibilities**
* Assist with customer complaints and questions about specific products or services
* Modify and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels
* Respond promptly to customers' inquiries, requests, orders, or applications
* Be the first point of contact and advocate for customers
* Handle a high volume of customer support requests via email, phone, and chat using empathy to answer questions and troubleshoot problems
**Requirements**
* Must be over the age of 18 with an internet connection
* No prior experience is required, but prior experience is preferred
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
**Preferred Skills**
* 1 year of chat support experience
* CRM/support tool experience a plus
* Articulate, personable, and reliable with great writing skills and email etiquette
