**Key Responsibilities**

As a Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and resolving their queries in a timely and professional manner. Your responsibilities will include:

* Responding promptly to customers' inquiries, requests, orders, or applications via email, phone, and chat
* Assisting with customer complaints and questions about specific products or services
* Modifying and escalating complaints across multiple communication channels
* Providing empathetic and personalized support to customers, using your excellent writing skills and email etiquette
* Troubleshooting problems and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner
* Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner

**Requirements**

To become a freelance Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

* Be over the age of 18 with a reliable internet connection
* No prior experience is required, but prior experience is preferred
* Be articulate, personable, and reliable with excellent writing skills and email etiquette
* Have 1 year of chat support experience (preferred)
* Have experience with CRM/support tools (a plus)
