We're seeking highly skilled and enthusiastic Chat Operators to join our team in Wichita, KS. As a Chat Operator, you'll engage in online conversations with customers, representing our automotive dealer clients favorably. Your goal is to turn conversations into leads that help our clients generate revenue. **Key Responsibilities**
* Engage in online conversations with customers, providing exceptional customer service and support
* Represent careerzynith's automotive dealer clients favorably, building strong relationships and trust with customers
* Convert conversations into leads, driving revenue growth for our clients
* Utilize your gaming experience to create a fun and engaging experience for customers
* Collaborate with our team to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
* Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
**Requirements**
* Must live within the state of Kansas
* Must have your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse
* Computer must have a minimum of 8 GB of RAM, 64-bit Operating System, and 8th Generation Intel Core (i3 equivalent or higher)
* Quiet, dedicated work space free from distractions – this is a remote position
* Able to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday – Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT
* Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, 40 and above is preferred
* Gaming experience is preferred
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or online chat environment
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (communications, marketing, business, etc.)
* Experience in the automotive industry or a related field
* Knowledge of CRM software and sales tools
* Familiarity with online chat platforms and customer relationship management systems
**Skills and Competencies**

* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
