As a Chat Moderator, you'll play a vital role in helping us achieve this vision by maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for our community members. **Job Responsibilities** As a Chat Moderator, you'll be responsible for: * Monitoring and moderating the chat of our official Discord server, ensuring that all interactions are respectful and adhere to our community guidelines * Deleting messages that violate our rules, including but not limited to: + Hate speech or discriminatory language + Harassment or bullying + Spam or self-promotion + Infringement of intellectual property rights * Banning users who repeatedly violate our rules, after thorough investigation and warning * Muting users who have violated our rules, to prevent further disruption * Investigating reports made by users about potential rule violations, and taking appropriate action * Collaborating with our team to develop and implement community guidelines and policies * Providing excellent customer service and support to community members, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner **Pay and Benefits** As a part-time Chat Moderator, you'll enjoy a competitive hourly rate of $12.50, paid weekly from Monday to Sunday.
