**Job Description**
As a Chat Moderator at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Moderating the chat of our official Discord server, ensuring that all users adhere to our community guidelines and rules.
* Deleting messages that violate our community standards, including but not limited to:
+ Hate speech and harassment
+ Spam and self-promotion
+ Inflammatory or divisive content
+ Personal attacks and insults
* Banning users who repeatedly violate our community guidelines, after a thorough investigation and warning process.
* Muting users who have violated our community guidelines, to prevent further disruption.
* Investigating reports made by users about potential rule violations, and taking swift and fair action to resolve the issue.
* Collaborating with our team to develop and implement community guidelines and policies that promote a positive and respectful environment.
* Providing excellent customer service and support to users, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
