**Responsibilities and Duties**
As a Chat Brand Representative at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:
* Being brand passionate – sharing your love and expertise for the game and brand!
* Using primarily careerzynith golf equipment to provide expert advice and guidance to customers
* Communicating with customers at a professional level, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience
* Familiarity with the careerzynith website and any related media/searches, as well as competitor products
* Comparing and analyzing competitor products to provide informed recommendations to customers
* Thriving in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple chats at once and providing exceptional service to each customer
**Skills and Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* 5+ years of golf experience, with a strong understanding of the game and its nuances
* 2+ years of club fitting experience, with a focus on providing expert advice and guidance to customers
* In-depth knowledge of current and past careerzynith products, as well as similar products from other brands
* Ability to communicate and assist golfers on all careerzynith products, from enthusiast to pro level
* Strong typing skills, with a minimum of 35 wpm, and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
* Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online customer service tools
