What You'll Do
• Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitching, closing, and renewing school accounts
• Build strong relationships with principals, district officials, and parent organizations
• Conduct on-site visits during picture days to ensure client satisfaction - a standard practice in school photography sales roles
• Maintain accurate account records, activity logs, and contracts
• Drive measurable territory growth through consistent outreach and high-activity sales days
What We're Looking For
• 3-5+ years of proven outside sales experience, ideally in school photography, yearbooks, or educational services - consistent with expectations across similar roles in the region
• Strong relationship-building and closing skills
• Comfortable selling by phone and in person
• Organized, self-motivated, and driven to exceed goals
• Ability to travel across a Southern California territory
• Excellent communication and follow-through
