**Job Responsibilities:**
As an Experienced Call Center Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer service to patients and customers through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats
* Accurately and efficiently entering patient and medication data into our systems, adhering to HIPAA guidelines and company policies
* Handling patient medicine requests, entering top-off orders, and investigating missing medication data
* Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
* Collaborating with healthcare professionals, including pharmacists and doctors, to provide accurate and timely information
* Maintaining accurate records and reports, and adhering to company policies and procedures
* Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
**Essential Qualifications:**
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Basic computer skills, including typing, mouse navigation, and software applications
* Basic web search skills, including using a web browser, searching online, and completing online forms
* Middle-level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards
* 18 years or older
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* At least 1 year of experience as a pharmacy technician in a retail or call center environment
* State certification or enrollment as a pharmacy technician
* Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards and assessing customer satisfaction
* Advanced keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM)
* Familiarity with Spanish and English languages
