Job Overview In this role, you will be responsible for handling high-volume customer requests, performing data entry tasks, and providing support to pharmacists and other stakeholders. As a Call Center Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring that their needs are met in a timely and professional manner. You will work under direct supervision, following established guidelines and procedures to ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulations. Key Responsibilities: Utilize arenaflex's prescription data entry methodology and rules to process new patient enrollments and enter information into the system. Handle patient medication requests, investigate missing prescription data, and interpret clinical abbreviations (SIG codes). Resolve data entry-related exceptions and communicate with patients, prescribers, and other stakeholders to resolve issues. Provide assistance to pharmacists, both in-office and in other locations, and escalate issues to senior-level staff as necessary. Make outbound calls to prescribers and patients to resolve third-party rejections and obtain required information. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies. Essential Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: High School Diploma or GED. Basic level computer skills, including starting and shutting down a computer, using a mouse, and accessing information online. Basic web browser skills, including opening a browser, typing URLs, using a search engine, and completing online forms. Intermediate level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, organizing documents). Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally. Must be at least 18 years old. Preferred Qualifications: While not required, the following preferred qualifications will give you a competitive edge in this role: At least 1 year of pharmacy technician experience in a retail or call center environment. At least 1.5 years as a pharmacy technician with a certification/registration by the state, as conferred by the State Board of Pharmacy or a nationally recognized certification agency. Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services and assessing customer satisfaction. Intermediate to advanced level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, organizing documents). Fluency in Spanish and English.
