**Key Responsibilities**
As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Performing patient enrollment and data entry tasks, adhering to state and government guidelines
* Answering high-volume client calls, working under direct supervision, and following established protocols and procedures
* Utilizing arenaflex's pharmacy systems to collect patient and medication data
* Handling patient medication requests, entering top-off orders, and investigating missing medication data
* Resolving data entry-related issues and special cases
* Providing support to pharmacists, both in-office and remotely
* Identifying and escalating issues to senior-level staff as necessary
* Maintaining a dynamic pharmacist license or certification within the initial 90 days and keeping a current license or certification
**Essential Qualifications**
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Basic computer skills, including:
+ Starting and closing the computer
+ Using the mouse to point and click
+ Starting and closing programs
+ Switching between programs
+ Saving files
+ Printing reports
+ Accessing data online
* Basic web search skills, including:
+ Opening a program
+ Writing in URLs in the address bar
+ Using a web search engine
+ Bookmarking a website
+ Navigating using back/forward/stop buttons
+ Completing online forms
* Middle-level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, organizing reports)
* Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
* 18 years old or older
**Preferred Qualifications**
* At least 1 year of pharmacy experience in a retail or call center environment
* At least 1.5 years of pharmacy experience with a state license or certification by the State Board for Pharmacy or a widely recognized certification agency
* Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services and assessing customer satisfaction
* Intermediate to advanced-level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, designing reports)
* Familiarity with Spanish and English
