I will be starting with a modest budget, so every decision has to be cost-conscious and impact-driven.
Here is what I expect from you:
• A realistic launch roadmap: idea validation, niche selection, sourcing options, fulfilment model, and projected cash flow.
• Product strategy: I’ll be selling physical goods, but I’m completely open on the category—your market research should uncover profitable, low-competition items and justify each recommendation with data.
