As a Brand Ambassador, you'll play a crucial role in promoting our brand and products, building strong relationships with local retailers and restaurants, and driving awareness about the benefits of plant-based eating. Key Responsibilities: Driving Success as a Brand Ambassador Building Strong Relationships : Develop and maintain strong relationships with local retailers and restaurants to promote Prime Roots products and enhance brand visibility. Delivering Experiential Excellence : Ensure a high level of experiential excellence in-store, during customer and consumer interactions, and at events, including merchandising support, in-store demos, staff training, and event execution. Event Management : Staff local events, supporting coordination as necessary, to drive awareness and engagement around Prime Roots brand and products. Tracking Progress : Utilize team organizational systems (CRM + task management software) to track and report on key retail account progress and needed adjustments through the launch period and beyond. Expanding Our Reach : Visit organizations that don't currently carry our products and pitch them on the benefits of Prime Roots plant-based deli meats. Local Travel : Travel locally up to 90% of the time, visiting different accounts, prospective accounts, and event sites within the greater Los Angeles area. Essential Qualifications: The Ideal Candidate To succeed as a Brand Ambassador for Prime Roots, you'll need: Proven Experience : A background in brand ambassadorship, event staff/coordination, merchandising execution, or a similar customer and consumer engagement role within the Food and Beverage domain. Creative Approach : A creative, customer-oriented approach to merchandising, in-store demo setup and execution, event coordination, and execution. Problem-Solving Skills : The ability to adapt to the day-to-day challenges of working within a startup environment, with a strong problem-solving mindset. Analytical Skills : The capacity to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs) to inform future strategies. Familiarity with CRM Software : Experience with CRM software and task management systems. Excellent Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with customers, consumers, and internal stakeholders.
